What We Do
We provide a structured 19.5h/per week programme contacting of supported internal work placements, personal & professional training and 1:1 support and coaching. The aim of the programme is personal and professional development in a supportive environment in order to create an individualised career path which leads to mainstream employment and/or education.
Depending on the individual participant and their specific needs the structure of the programme can vary. At the beginning the emphasis is put on the establishing routine, support system, personal responsibility and communication skills alongside with internal trainings and supported work placements. In the later stages of the programme there are opportunities to attend various external training courses depending on personal interests and concentrate on career planning and preparation.
